Summary: Study; long-term impact of biosolids and industrial waste; report. Requests the Secretary of Natural Resources, the Secretary of Health and Human Resources, and the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry to convene a joint task force to review and evaluate existing scientific literature on the impact of biosolids and industrial residuals on human health and the environment.

H.R. 737: Sewage Sludge in Food Production Consumer Notification
To amend the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the egg, meat, and poultry inspection laws to ensure that consumers receive notification regarding food products produced from crops, livestock, or poultry raised on land on which sewage sludge was applied.  Sponsored by Jose Serrano, Rep for N.Y. 15th Congressional District.  Status:  Referred to Committee on Feb 4 2015.
